Tree Felling Tender 2024
Our Parks Department have recognised the need to remove several trees around the town and we are inviting suppliers to submit quotes and documentation by the submission deadline of Monday 1 July 2024 at midday. We want the removal of the trees to ideally be concluded by Friday 19 July and welcome quotes from local businesses. Full details of the specifications and requirements.

Illegal Fly-tipping in New Mills
New Mills Town Council have recently been made aware of a spate of fly-tipping incidents at Wirksmoor Road Sub Station.
Unfortunately, HPBC Council CCTV Cameras don't cover that corner of the road. But HPBC Officers have taken steps to try to identify those responsible for the illegal dumping of rubbish and they have been asked to consider the installation of monitoring CCTV of the area.

New Mills Junior Football Club Proposal for Ollersett Fields
In March 2024 New Mills Junior Football Club (NMJFC) presented councillors with a proposal to add permanent welfare facilities at Ollersett Fields. New Mills Town Council (NMTC) voted to run a public consolation to gather the thoughts of residents.
